Prices are relative to one apartment and night (minimum 3 nights).

Prices include all fixed costs such as water, electricity, heating, linens and towels.

Cleaning:
The cleaning fee is 80.- € / stay

Tourist tax:
For all persons aged over 14 years will be calculated a tourist tax of 2,50 € per person and night. The Tax is not included in the price and can be paid only in cash at your arrival.

Additional beds:
The price of 20.- €/night can be added for an additional bed.

Child discount:
children under 2 years free.

Fireplace and firewood:
For the single price of 10.- € we provide firewood for the wood stove.

Pets:
We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed.

Terms of payment:

After receipt of an advance of a third, your reservation will be confirmed, this advance will be paid within the first week from the booking date. We ask guests to pay the remaining part of money before or during their arrival.

Please understand that the entire booking period will also be charged in the event of late arrival or early departure.

The arrival / departure day is Saturday. Other days on request.

The apartments are available every Saturday from 16:00 and will be available until 10:00 am the day of departure.

Cancellation:
The advance payment of a third is retained in case of cancellation received within the last 30 days prior to arrival, within 29-7 days before arrival will be charged the 80%, while the sixth day before the arrival are held 100 % of the advance payment (same is true even in case of no arrival, or early departure)

The percentages sheet relates to the amount of the reservation, excluding the tourist tax.
