Our detached, south-facing holiday home, is located on the sunny and quiet outskirts, surrounded by meadows and forests. In just 2.5 km you will reach the ski lifts of the ski resort Sextner Dolomites Helm / Rotwand, to San Candido there are only 6km.

A shop is just 50 meters away. Restaurants, pizzerias and a playground are nearby. Several hiking trails, and the popular cycle path San Candido-Lienz and a cross-country ski run directly from the site in the immediate, beautiful environment.
